Reduce your rental bills - Consider a sublet of your business space

One way of responding to difficult trading conditions is to reduce operating costs, and a great way to achieve this is to sublet surplus office space. Alternatively if you haven’t got surplus space make it by placing stock or equipment into a storage unit and freeing up more valuable space to rent out to a third party at a profit.
